The Second Annual INCOSE Great Lakes Systems Summit builds on the exciting breakthrough results of the 2007 INCOSE Great Lakes Systems Summit and brings us to another milestone in the 5-year Great Lakes Systems Summit series on Competitiveness in a Global Economy. The two-day 2008 Systems Summit, September 7-9, 2008, at the Mission Point Resort on beautiful Mackinac Island has three tracks:
